Returns Policy

You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product if you are dissatisfied. To qualify for a refund, please adhere to the following conditions:

    • The product must remain unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

    • Initiate your refund request by contacting us at sales@easyhospitalequipment.co.za within the specified time frame. Then fill out our return form.

    • The product must be returned to one of our premises for inspection.

    • You must retain the receipt or proof of purchase.

    • Imported products may have additional terms and conditions. Please contact us for more information on specific products.


Refund Process

Upon receipt of your refund request, we will promptly process it within 5 business days and notify you via email. If your refund is approved, we will issue a credit to your original method of payment. Please be aware that the timeframe for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.


Installation Requirement

Certain products in our inventory require professional installation by our team to maintain their warranty and eligibility for returns. Failure to comply with installation by Easy Hospital Equipment may void the warranty and return policy for those specific products. Please contact us for clarification on which products necessitate professional installation.

For your convenience, please note that a 5% handling fee may be charged on refunds for goods that are received in working order. Furthermore, returns may require you to cover shipping fees to return the product to our premises or to the manufacturer. Details regarding these fees will be provided upon initiation of the return process and may vary based on the size and weight of the item.
